Tarzan is a male Taiwanese Beauty snake hatched in 2021 Taiwan Beauty snakes are a species of rat snake. It has a long slender body with olive to yellowish-brown colour combinations. It has round black spots throughout its body with black stripes towards its tail The Taiwan beauty snake is a cathemeral animal. Most animals are either nocturnal (active during the night) or diurnal (active during the day). However, cathemeral animals are randomly active during the day or night. They often take small naps to gain energy instead of having a 12-hour sleep-wake cycle. They are a very shy species and as such are not ideal beginner snakes.   Beauty snakes are native to various parts of Southeastern regions of Asia such as Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, China, but as its name suggests Taiwan beauty snakes are native to Taiwan.
